The Listening Rose
12" x 9" color pencils on paper

"I like to create artwork because it is a way of expressing myself. Art takes me to my own little world where I can create anything as long as I put my mind to it. It is a future career that I am interested in. Art also plays a role in my life because it is the one true thing I'm good at. The Listening Rose: I drew this because I wanted it to symbolize LOVE."
