All Kids Can CREATE
Call for Art for kids age 5-15

Deadline: April 8, 2012

VSA and CVS Caremark invites you to submit your student artwork to the "2012 All Kids Can CREATE" call for children's art. This opportunity is part of a comprehensive national campaign to encourage inclusive arts education and provide increased public awareness of the arts in the lives and learning of young people with disabilities.

Visit www.artsonia.com/allkidscan for further information.

ELIGIBILITY: This call for artwork is open to children, ages 5-15, living within the United States (all 50 states and the District of Columbia.) Children with disabilities are especially encouraged to participate.

THEME: "What Inspires Me"
Children are inspired by many things, from the people they meet, to the sounds they hear, to the sights they see. These moments of inspiration can motivate us to help others, improve ourselves, and dream about the future. This year's call for art, which launches on the birthday of the inspiring civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr., invites students to reflect on what inspires them and share those inspirations through art!
