As you may notice, we have changed our name and our logo (as have all the VSA affiliates around the world). However, what we do and how we do it remains the same.

Body Shift Kids!
Dance for Children with Special Needs Ages 6-11 or 12-18

Developmentally appropriate dance, stretching, strength and balance exercises & movement games that focus on following directions, sequencing, rhythm, language & socialization. Small classes taught by Nancy Bain, MA, Dance Educator.

Spring Session: Week of March 18 thru Week of May 6

Body Shift, mixed-ability dance classes for ALL!

VSA Texas and Forklift Danceworks are pleased to announce a 2013 National Endowment for the Arts
funding award for $10,000 to support Body Shift: A Mixed-ability Dance Project

Monthly Elements Class!
Third Saturday of the month class and focuses on reaching the beginner or person who is new to dance. Anyone is welcome so please spread the word to people who you think might love Body Shift. Next class is Sat., May 18th 2-4pm (taught by Silva Laukkanen) at Galaxy Dance Studio. Click here for description and schedule.
