Fees charged on a sliding scale, based upon the following fees:
Trainer's fee: $825 per trainer for 2-days, plus travel, lodging and per diem reimbursement.
Start with the Arts 500 page book with CD-ROM, available in Spanish or English, one per participant: $59 each (plus shipping)
Art Supplies and Materials: $15 per person
